When the platform says no, we write it.

Some builds do not fit inside a builder. When the logic is the point, we write real software, deploy it, and hand you the code.

Twenty minutes. We look at how work moves through your business and tell you what we would fix first. No pitch.

01 / The problem

You already found the ceiling

You know the shape of this one. The build works for everything except the one thing the business actually runs on. Pricing that depends on six variables. A handoff between two systems that refuse to talk. A calculation nobody else does the way you do it, which is exactly why customers come to you.

So you work around it. A spreadsheet on the side. A manual step someone has to remember. The system is ninety percent automatic and one hundred percent dependent on a person.

02 / The workaround becomes the process

The workaround becomes the process

Workarounds do not stay small. They get documented, trained, and inherited. Two years later it is just how the company does things, and the thing you were trying to automate is now the most fragile part of the business.

03 / Why us

We reach for code when code is the honest answer

Most of what we build does not need this. We will say so. We would rather put you on a platform you can maintain yourself.

But when the logic is genuinely custom, a builder will not hold it, and pretending otherwise costs you a rebuild. We develop in Replit, which means fast deployment, real infrastructure, and no long runway before you see something working. You own the code and the repository at the end.

05 / What we build 04

What we build

Custom logic

Pricing engines, calculators, and rules that no builder will hold.

Integrations

Two systems that do not talk, made to talk, reliably and without a person in the middle.

Internal tools

Software built for one job that you do a hundred times a week.

API work

Connections to the software your customers or suppliers already require you to use.

Everything is quoted after we talk. Most projects start around $3,500, and you see your number before anything begins.
06 / What changes

What changes

The workaround is gone. The step that needed a person happens on its own, the same way every time, including the weeks you are not there. And the thing that makes your business different stops being the thing that slows it down.

07 / FAQ 04

Questions that come up before the call

Do we need custom software, or would a platform do it?
Usually a platform does it, and we will tell you that on the call even though it is the smaller project. Custom is for the builds where a platform genuinely cannot go.
Who owns the code?
You do. You get the code and the repository. No license, no lock in, and you can take it to any developer later.
Why Replit?
It is the environment we develop and deploy in, which keeps the timeline short and the infrastructure out of your way. What you receive is standard code you own, not something that only runs on one platform.
Can this connect to our Airtable base?
Yes, and it often does. A common build is Airtable for the operational data with custom code handling the logic Airtable will not. See how the platforms fit together →
