Not sure which one you need? That's normal.

Most people arrive knowing the problem and not the platform. That is the right order. Here is what each one is actually good at, and where each one stops.

Twenty minutes. We look at how work moves through your business and tell you what we would fix first. No pitch.

01 / The problem

Picking the tool first is how people end up rebuilding

You can tell when it happened. The app looks fine and nobody uses it. Or the database holds everything and the client still cannot see their own order. Or the thing works beautifully until the one feature the business actually runs on turns out to be the one the platform will not do.

None of that is a bad platform. It is a platform that was chosen before anyone looked at how the work moves.

02 / What it costs to guess

What it costs to guess

A build on the wrong platform does not fail loudly. It just quietly does not get used, and everyone goes back to the spreadsheet and the group text. You lose the money, and you lose the appetite to try again for another year.

03 / Why us

We build on all four, so we have no reason to sell you one

Airtable is where most of our work lands. But we also build in Zite, Lovable, and straight code when that is the honest answer. Because we are not locked to one platform, the recommendation is not a sales decision.

04 / The short version 04

Here is the short version

Airtable

Build it here when

The process is the problem. Quoting, orders, scheduling, who has what and when.

Who touches it daily

Your team, inside the base.

What you get

A base with interfaces, automations, and reporting.

Where it stops

Heavy client facing portals and complex permissions.

Zite

Build it here when

You need a real app with logins, not a database with views.

Who touches it daily

Your team and your clients, each seeing only their own.

What you get

An app with users, permissions, portals, and workflows.

Where it stops

Deep visual customization and fine grained design control.

Lovable

Build it here when

It faces your customers and has to look right.

Who touches it daily

Your customers, usually before they buy.

What you get

A fast, polished front end that ships quickly.

Where it stops

Deep operational data and multi step internal process.

Lovable builds →

Custom code

Build it here when

The logic is the point, and no builder will hold it.

Who touches it daily

Whoever it was built for, plus other software.

What you get

Software you own, with integrations and real logic.

Where it stops

Cost and time. It is the top of the ladder for a reason.

05 / If the table did not settle it

If the table did not settle it, the call will

Twenty minutes. You walk us through how work moves through your business right now. We tell you which platform fits, why, and what we would build first. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, we say that.

Everything is quoted after we talk. Most projects start around $3,500, and you see your number before anything begins.
06 / What this looks like when it is right

What this looks like when it is right

The tool disappears. Nobody on your team says the name of the platform, they just say where the orders are. Work moves through one place. You stop being the connective tissue.

07 / FAQ 04

Questions that come up before the call

Can you switch platforms later if we outgrow one?
Usually yes, and we plan for it. Most of our Airtable builds can hand data to an app layer later without starting over. We will tell you up front if a platform is a dead end for where you are headed.
Do you charge more for one platform than another?
No. We quote the build, not the tool. Everything is quoted after we talk, and you see your number before anything begins.
What if we already started building something ourselves?
Bring it. A half finished build tells us more about how you work than a blank page does. We will tell you honestly whether to finish it or replace it.
Do we pay for the platform separately?
Yes. You own your accounts and your data. We never resell you a subscription or hold the login.
